Yes, it is certainly the standard of care and it was offered, but declined. I'm just curious about how others would approach this situation. From my understanding, the age of the donor is what needs to be used for interpretation, not the surrogate mother. What muddies the water, that I should have mentionied in the original post is that the surrogate is on E2 and progesterone injections per her REIs recommendation, currently at 13+ wks. Her progesterone levels are low 20s and he won't stop them until it is over 25. When I discussed it with the coordinator of the California AFP program, they said, "we don't know the value of this test in this circumstance."
