PGA TOUR, INC. v. MARTIN , No 00-24 (U.S.S.C May 29, 2001) 42 USC 12182(a) forbids a public accommodation from discriminating against either spectators or competitors on the basis of disability, and use of a golf cart during golf match does not fundamentally alter the game.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
