always good to check outcomes - if induction adds to convenience without adding to rate of either adverse maternal or perinatal outcomes, then perhaps discussion best left between doc and individual patients. if outcomes are worse, there are plenty who will take the doc to task if not to the cleaners. again - induction rate is a merely a number not an outcome. just my opinion, i could be wrong. art

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
