Exactly.

Anyway, what's his concern with someone else's (induction) rates? Patients usually vote with their feet.

Though I think that this rate of inductions is enourmous, leading into the question, you have all been waiting for, what car is this guy driving?

I mentioned before, the nationwide "Quality Assurance Program" in Germany. One should not pick out one single variable, but look at the whole picture, if there is one outlier who on the other hand as better outcomes?
