I have learned to know my backup docs. Some like to be generous, some not. I know that my 3 is his TFT and just adjust accordingly. Depends on fingers and how you learned. One doc I swear never gets near the cervix. He just asks what I thought she was, pretends to check and says "no change yet." Just have to know who you are working with. Vicki CNM

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
