Re: written boards passing score? -- CORRECTIONFrom: Dean Huffman (jth@springnet1.com)Mon May 28 11:14:34 2001
Ooops! I was answering the question for the recertification boards, NOT the written boards which are coming up in a few weeks. Sorry. - - - - You could write to info@abog.org and probably get an answer. It seems t me that for MFM, 107 correct answers out of 150 were required, but do not quote me on this. They will also tell you which questions have been found not to have a correct answer. (There is at least one MFM question without a correct answer). In such a case, any answer to that question is accepted as correct, but I do not know what happens if no answer is submitted, or if two or more answers are submitted on the question. - - - -

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
