In Namibia we have in virtually all labour and delivery rooms a wooen board on the wall where there are holes carved out from 1 to 10 centimeter in diameters. If all fails youz can check after you pull the glove off. One trick I learned from my wife is while examining with your right hand open the first two fingers of your left to the same extent. el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
