I don't think you can deny them any kind of service in the USA. With the ADA protection (American's With Disabilities Act), they fall under a protected status from discrimination. Makes about as much sense as some of the endangered species laws. :O(

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
