this suit as i understand it involves a patently more insidious practice than the fictional Great Benefit's infamous Section U "Deny All Claims." to whit Cigna is alleged to have set-up a software algorithm to systematically bundle, globalize and downcode - some of the issues we have been discussing on this list. stay tuned.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
