These are NOT universal - and indeed, compared to "natural" or spontaneous cycles, these are less common. Go back to the data... Watch the anecdotes - surveying those as they come into the office WILL get a higher prevalence of problems - those are the ones who need to come in more than once a year.

The most common anecdote I have among new starts is when they come in the next year saying, "I ran out before the appointment and wondered if I really needed it - and I WANT MY HRT NOW!!!!"

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
