A question about lupron...

Patient being treated for stage 4 endo, s/p extensive debulking for large endometrioma adherent to bowel (resected mass, she refuses hyst).

Bleeding now on 3rd month of depolupron. Has had intermittant vaginal bleeding since 1st dose. Urine preg was negative a month ago, Estradiol is 38 and FSH is 7.5.
