Patient being treated for stage 4 endo, s/p extensive debulking for large endometrioma adherent to bowel (resected mass, she refuses hyst). Bleeding now on 3rd month of depolupron. Has had intermittant vaginal bleeding since 1st dose. Urine preg was negative a month ago, Estradiol is 38 and FSH is 7.5. Comments?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
