Re: Advice on refuting claims of negligence in Birth injuryFrom: CarynRybs@aol.comWed May 2 15:21:05 2001
Allison, Kindly take your angry and accusatory comments elsewhere. Unless you are a medical professional you do NOT belong on this list. If you are a medical professional, please identify yourself. We have no interest in listening to you ramble about how awful doctors are and how often we make mistakes and how we should pay out the wazoo for it... Cry your river elsewhere!! BTW be sure to mention all of your comments/feelings to your next health care provider at the outset as I'm sure she/he would love to take care of you!- not. Caryn Rybczynski M.D. Oakland, CA

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
