But I can tell from her empathetic post that the minute a judgment goes against her clients, she offers to reimburse all her fees and then some to make her losers feel better. Oh, wait, it couldn't be her fault she lost a case, must have been her mother's OB's fault at the time of her birth!

My guess: a poorly trained MD/JD who did a one-year ob/gyn or rotating internship. She is convinced, like most personal injury lawyers, that there are no acts of God or bad luck in life. It must be someone's fault, and through our wonderfully fair legal system, the transfer of large amounts of money equates with justice.
