I found it down and contacted Bruce and it was back up in a bit. They moved the servers on Friday so I think it was a small glitch. You guys are correct it did not cause any problems to the list.

Have a good time in Chicage. Roberta is there and will be on the lookout for you folks so watch for her.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
