I believe that in an intelligent, informed patient without fertility issues who has dysplasia recurrent after a significant procedure such as LEEP, CO2 laser, cold knife conization, and/or multiple colposcopies, the choice is hers as far as definitive treatment with hysterectomy is concerned.
