Remember, she was started on Prempro + Premarin while she was having regular 28 day cycles. Are you suggesting that when her cycles were 28 days on the meds that was normal, but now that they're more irregular they're not????

I think we'd agree that this is the reason not to start HRT in menstruating women, but I'd disagree that these cycles are necessarily normal. I'd bet that she would be having the same cycles had she not been on the HRT
