I would use u/s directed embryo puncture and initiate fetal death. If and when you chose to do an aspiration of the contents, selctive uterine artery (and others if seen feeding the pregnancy)embolization prior to procedure.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
