You can performe hysterectomy when it is indicated. Tamoxifen create a different lesions in the same cavity and for the evaluation of the endometrial cavity you must use hysteroscopy, not biopsy. An other choice for the protection of the endometrial tissue in tamoxifen user's is intrauterin levonorgestrel realising systeme (Mirena). Süleyman Akhan MD.
