Tibolone, as far as I have heard is not associated with an increased clotting risk. While HRT may be a risk, it should be no higher risk than during a normal cycle. Perhaps baby aspirin would ameliorate that risk. One wonders if the increased risk of clotting would outweigh the health promoting benefits of HRT. Is this a case where we treat the lawyers rather than the patient?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
