MRI IN PREGNANCYFrom: Belal Hossain (bhossain@doctor.com)Tue Apr 3 11:57:11 2001
I understand that the renal change is within physiological limit, mere an incidental finding during usg without any c/o.The patient is my next door neighbour, so one thing you must admit, because of easy availability, she or her mates will go on asking me trivial matters instead of the urologist who lives miles apart. After all this is the EBM era.My basic question is on "MRI allowed in pregnancy or not".The idea of doppler study for ureteric flow is very appreciating to me.The suggestion of dilated ovarian veins brings forth the role of laparoscopy in this case.Regarding the idea of termination I 'll write late on.Thank you all for the suggestions.
