Dear Ralf; those are probably good books. I am not familiar with any but Benaceraff's. Another good books for fetal syndromes is Roger Sanders's Structural Fetal Abnormalities, Mosby, 1996. And my personal for fetal echocardiography is Julia Drose's Fetal Echocardiography, W. B. Saunders, 1998.
