I would carefully inform her why I feel that continuing her induction would be a poor choice. I would then offer her the option to go home and wait for her cervix to ripen (or for spontaneous labor to occur), or to proceed to repeat C/S since an induction in this setting is dangerous and probably doomed to failure.

In other words: b,e,and f.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
