Yeah Cait, this can be a problem in group practice. It's best to present a unified approach to patient management problems such as the one you describe - as it is very confusing to the patient when they get mixed messages. However, in this particular case I agee there is no reason to induce her unless you want to end up with a repeat section for "failed induction'. I would definitely talk to your partner so that this does not become a recurring problem. If it does then you may have to add option g) Change partners!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
