Lawyer's Protest Ends Up in NBC Promo for 'First Years'

The American Lawyers Public Image Association is a fledgling, nonprofit organization that's gotten very little exposure -- at least until late last week, when NBC aired a promo about a new show, "First Years," which debuts tonight. In the ad, NBC reports that the ALPIA thinks the show, which focuses on five first-year associates, is "offensive to lawyers" - and "that's a reason to watch."

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
