.. Go to your favorite search engine (I prefer <http://www.google.com>) and search on the terms napster substitute You will get a large number of hits. - - - -
Fri, 16 Mar 2001 10:25:29 -0600 For all of you who have used it, Napster is down, gone, but hopefully not forgotten. Anyone know of similar sites? >From Malcolm.Griffiths@ldh-tr.anglox.nhs.uk Fri Mar 16 11:22:54 2001 I doubt that there us any firm evidence to answer this. But In my view I'd deliver her when she laboured! If she doesn't labour I'd deliver at 34 weeks. If she had obvious chorioamnionitis and not labouring I'd deliver. At 28 weeks I'd allow vaginal delivery. At 34 weeks I might opt for CS. Between the two - who knows. I'd be interested to hear from anyone with real experience of such cases. -----Original Message----- From: kh@tan.net [mailto:kh@tan.net] Sent: 16 March 2001 14:01 To: Multiple recipients of list OB-GYN-L Subject: Patient with HIV and PROM 28 week gestation We have Patient with HIV and Rupture of membrane at 28 week gestation. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
