Go to your favorite search engine (I prefer <http://www.google.com>) and search on the terms

napster substitute

You will get a large number of hits.

For all of you who have used it, Napster is down, gone, but hopefully not forgotten. Anyone know of similar sites? Rick Richard Chudacoff, MD Chudacoff Obstetrics & Gynecology. PLLC 15200 Southwest Freeway STE 270 Sugar Land, TX 77478 Tel: 281-277-3900 Fax: 281-277-3901

I doubt that there us any firm evidence to answer this. But In my view I'd deliver her when she laboured! If she doesn't labour I'd deliver at 34 weeks. If she had obvious chorioamnionitis and not labouring I'd deliver.

At 28 weeks I'd allow vaginal delivery. At 34 weeks I might opt for CS. Between the two - who knows.

I'd be interested to hear from anyone with real experience of such cases.

We have Patient with HIV and Rupture of membrane at 28 week gestation. She has been on oral HIV medications When is the appropriate time to deliver with respect to risk of perinatal HIV and risks of prematurity?

Thanks

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
