The electrode is bigger and the vision with this system is not as clear compared to using a Circon resectoscope with either the vaportrode or the wire loop. Of course this system requires use of sorbitol and as such one must carefully monitor I&O. I have not been happy with visualization with either the bipolar Gynecare or the Storz system. I believe the continuous flow and optics in the circon are better. BIpolar cutting is also slower than vaporization of monopolar cutting.
