Anyone using the Gynecare Bipolar Resectoscope/Hysteroscope system?

I'm interested in this system. Need to purchase a resectoscope system
for ablations and myomectomy, etc. Interested in comments from other
systems as well. I have used Stortz in the past (monopolar
obviously). I'm intrigued by the bipolar technology, but wary of it's
performance in direct comparison with more traditional devices.
