I think there is plenty out there showing more cost effective interventions than multiple doses of cervidil. I would ask anyone directing changes in clinical practice to provide the data upon which they are asking me to change my own management. I would guess he won't provide it.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
