I also failed to mention, if you have HandiBase, its very easy to write a simple formula that will do the task equally well. I was sitting at my son's wrestling tournament this weekend, playing with it and it took me less than 15 minutes to work it out. I think I like it better than Preg Calc.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
