It does work well, and I've purchased it also. However, that said, it certainly takes longer than whipping out the wheel and looking up the dates directly. Sometimes change is simply a change, not necessarily better. I've gone back to using the wheel. Its kind of like looking back at my college years and the speed at which we used the slide rule to do our calculations. Now I look at my kids using their calculator and solving problems that I could have done in half the time and even understood what I am manipulating - they don't even have a clue half of the time.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
