I do the same as Geff. As he says, there is no CDC recommendation for it. I've discussed this with the perinatology group we refer to and that is what they do also. I tell the patient what my dilema is and usually they prefer to treat than not.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
