Re: ACOG cognatesFrom: Myer S. Bornstein, MD, CPE, FACOG (mborn@massmed.org)Thu Feb 15 16:16:28 2001
On my transcript there is listed on 12/31/000 35 cognates from the ABOG recetification exam and I have received them for all the previous 2 years. I would call ACOG and find out why you were not credited. It took almost 6 months the first year until I received my certificate Myer -- Myer S. Bornstein, MD, MMM, CPE, FACOG

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
