And how exactly do you define active labor? The medical definition has always been 3-4 cm and progressing at 1-2 cm/hour. Or are we forced to use the definition of the COBRA laws - simply contracting?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
