all the fuss about the patients' bill of rights suggests the larger
issue - what about a providers' ( god how i hate that term) bill of
rights? the situation with California's power crisis is not all that
dissimilar to the potential crisis concerning doctors' reimbursement.
stay tuned.
again, just my opinion - i could be wrong.
