Here in Las Vegas, when the deck favors the big players, the pit boss can call for a shuffle. It is time for a shuffle. The hand we are now playing is no more than what the sanitation department does at the end of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade: just sweeping up the mess. Under the mantra of nonjudgmentalism, daily we stand witness to the destructive effects of these antisocial (?) behaviors. As providers of women's health care, where's the outrage?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
