Re: Lunelle/contraception coverageFrom: DoctorJoe@aol.comWed Jan 31 07:37:25 2001
In a message dated 1/31/01 8:29:45 AM, wooll005@tc.umn.edu writes: << And the fact that we reward people for having babies they can't afford, rather than making them take responsibility for the consequences of their own choices. >> And therein lies much of the problem. As someone has pointed out, the word "No" got lost in the '60s... We try to "support" people who make "bad choices", rather than letting them face the consequences of the choices. Thus, they are rewarded for their bad choice (after all, support can be beautiful!). Joe P.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
