I did a TVH, BSO with an A7P repair. We have a cool GYN ONC, who assisted me with the case (believe it he actually first assisted) and when the frozen came in we decided we did not need to go up top and do the node.

What a relief to have a consultant like that!!!

How to do the hyst: had this been a preop dx. of cancer, depending on grade/nuclear grade, likely a TAH BSO with the oncologist, with intraop assessment of the uterus.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
