constitution insures the pursuit of happiness - happiness itself is not a given. of course health issues might fit under the "promote the general welfare" clause. ultimately, insurance coverage issues are employee benefit issues - if employers demand coverage which includes contraceptive choices, then insurers tend to provide them. as an addendum Aetna just posted a loss for the quarter. art

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
