Were her ovaries removed, and if so, why? Unless there is more to this clinical history (or if she had nothing other than CIN 3), I do not think there is any contra-indication to hormonal replacement. In fact, patients with invasive squamous cancer of the cervix can be given estrogen.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
