Dear collegues! I have a patient I would like your opinion about. 53 y.o. menopausal woman who is on cyclic regimen of HRT for 5 years without mensis reaction during 7-day pill-free interval. Recently she's had an episode of scanty vaginal bloody discharge for 3 days started on 3 day of her pill-free interval. TVUS showed small uterus with multiple small myoma nodes, endometrial thickness - 0.2 cm, ovaries were not seen. Pap-test - WNL. I explained patient that her symptoms might have caused by endometrial atrophy and recommended go on with HRT she's been taking. But my Russian collegues think she needed hysterocopy+D&C in spite of thin endometrium on US. The same opinion I met in some scientific articles about management of bleeding on HRT. What do you think about this case? Thanks
