For anybody who wants access to the New York Times' web site, click on <http://www.nytimes.com> and then click on one of the news articles. If you are not already registered, it will ask you whether you want to register. Registeration is at no cost. If you wish, you can store your registeration on your computer so that the next time you visit the NY Times site, such as clicking on the reference below, then the appropriate page will automatically show up.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
