And, I may be wrong, but I think it is actually something in the cabbage leaves, some phytochemical, not just the coolness/warmth. We tell people to crush them lightly with a rolling pin before putting them in the bra and then to replace them when they are completely wilted, the cabbage leaves that is. aloha ginny

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
