2 Offices: 3 days/week in one and 2 days/wk in the other

1 MD In the office 3 full days and 2 half days 2 CNM Between us we cover 5 full days 1 NP In the office 1 day

1 FT Office Manager. She does payroll, his $ issues (I don't know, I don't want to know), all the office $ issues, plus backs up all front office staff, handles all HR issues and personal issues. This lady does not get paid enough as far as I am concerned. She has to know it all, to be able to do it all.

2 FT Front office receptionists. Schedule appts, do phone, collect co-pays, etc. 1 FT Billing Clerk. Does all billing for everything. Also does all surgery scheduling. 1 FT Data Entry Clerk. 1 PT Disability and Authorizations Clerk. 2 very PT filing clerks. 2 MAs who work back office only 4.5 days 1 Ultrasonographer who contracts 1 day a week with us.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
