Thanks to all for the responses, my only thought was to try continuous OC's but unsure that she would be compliant, she does live at home with her parents who are somewhat dysfunctional as well, (they have asked that she be permanently sterilized). I was unsure of increasing dose or frequency, so I'll relate all of your responses to the Ped and hope for the best.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
