John That occurred to us too, but at the moment we are trying to figure out how to stage (pT1c?) (or pT3?) this and how to treat it. Remember it is an unexpected occurence at a vaginal hysterecomy. Vagina Cuff? Adnexae? Lymph nodes? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
