A question for you

One of the Peds in my office asked me to see if anyone had any ideas
regarding the following clinical scenario:
an 11 y/o developmentally delayed female, sexually abused, now sexually
promiscuous, menarche 2 years ago, poor family situation, poor hygiene,
hates having periods, started on Depo Provera 150 mg IM in June of 2000 for
contraception as well as hoped for amenorrhea, still having regular menses
after 2 doses, any thoughts to what would be better to use for contraception
and the induction of amenorrhea?
