You really said this well. The US has a long way to go. Those of us who address this must be aware and alert to the occurances of racism and weigh when our actions may have the most impact.

Thanks for your comments. Next time I am in SF to visit my nephew, I'll have to look you up!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
