You may have not come across the journalistic phrase "middle America" or "mid-America" used for many years to describe the middle class which makes up the majority in the States. Of course, geographically you are correct. However identifying "mid-America" is as difficult as identifying "the silent majority". I find that you confirm my point that multi-racial relationships are not an issue in other parts. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
