I would a bill for: ob care, prev. c/s, failed vbac, caesarian. you took care of her during pregnancy, she was a previous c/s, you tried vbac, you did a section however, I'm sure some pencil pusher at an insurance company will try to argue that just my $0.02 Kevin

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
