Kevin, some of the stuff you post makes me wonder what is in the water down there. Having worked recently in eastern KY I know of what you speak, but despite all the stuff I saw down there I never had any of my patients (that I know of at least) on the Springer show. You are indeed a lucky man :)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
